Meet & Greet - Transfer in Charles de Gaulle

A member of our team welcomes the client at the door of the plane.

The identification of the client is done with either with a sign bearing the name of the traveller, or – if the client wishes – in a more discreet and anonymous way with a sign indicating only the name of our company or a pseudonym.

• Escort in « Fast Track » mode through border control and passport control.
• In the case where the terminal of the arrival flight and that of the departure flight are far away, we offer a limousine transfer service. The transfer between terminals will be in a public zone or on the tarmac (subject to availability). Subject to additional cost.
• (Simple transit) Verification of the transfer of luggage on the destination flight.
• (Transit with check-in) Removal of luggage from the carrousel (3 to 4 items are welcome) to the registration counter.
• Escort in « Fast Track » mode through passport control, baggage inspection and security while avoiding all queues.
• Accompaniment to the lounge corresponding to the class of travel.
• At the time of boarding, the client is escorted from the lounge to the door of the plane with pre or post boarding as preferred.
